In 2018, in low- and middle-income countries, MDBs and DFIs reported over  USD 69 billion in total private mobilisation, a significant increase over the USD 53 billion reported in 2017. The total mobilisation includes USD 20.1 billion in private direct mobilisation, a key priority of many MDBs.
